Mentoring
Encouraging young ladies to pursue a career in STEAM is vitally important today, when the majority of careers are projected to be STEAM. Women make up almost half of the US’s workforce, yet they continue to be under-represented in STEAM-STEM fields. Strong TIES equips young ladies with knowledge, skill-building, representation, and global exposure through our year round mentoring program.
Partnerships
Strong TIES is committed to partnership for capacity-building of Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the US and Historical Disadvantaged Universities in South Africa.
Emerging Technologies
We offer cutting-edge and interactive programs and courses in emerging technologies with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Social Network Analysis, Data Mining, Open Data Sources, and Visualizations.
