Strong TIES creates learning pipelines and provides educational tools for students and communities who currently lack access to high-quality STEAM and AI learning. Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and year-round programs, we connect learners to real-world applications of science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math. Our approach uses culturally relevant methods, including music, gaming, sports, and entertainment, to create engaging entry points that spark interest and build confidence in STEAM learning.
We address structural training gaps through evidence-based programs that expand access to meaningful learning experiences. In partnership with educators, industry professionals, and organizations, we deliver programs that align with workforce needs and expose learners to opportunities in sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, automation, and energy.
