nATIONAL STEAM DAY
National STEM Day is November 8 (election day), a celebration of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education throughout the United States. At Strong TIES we commemorate National STEAM Day on Saturday, November 12, 2022 by hosting a community STEAM activation workshop. The day focuses on providing tools and resources to propel students to advance in STEAM disciplines and workforces,, a priority of Strong TIES and the United States of America.
Strong TIES Celebration of National STEAM Day is a day to celebrate love in action for creating better communities and strengthening our shared humanity. The celebration aims to bring to the forefront visionaries, problem solvers, innovators who shape culture using technology braided with creativity. This year’s celebration will host panels and a keynote speaker who acknowledges the important role of the art’s “A” in STEM education with Arts as a critical component of STEM.
